I wouldn't think that a station's website would 
mention an upcoming format change; they'd probably
leave it be, and change it afterwards, so that they
wouldn't get a ton of emails or phone calls. (Though
they'd probably get them anyway once the format
does change)...When a station is about to change
its format, some stations don't say anything on the
air while others may hint at it...

(A frequency switch would probably get mentioned a
lot on the air...like when WEEI took their calls
and sports programming from AM 590 to AM 850.)

I did check out Eagle 93.7's website 
(http://www.eagle937.com) and did notice that someone
left a message on their message board saying that
they had read the Herald's brief note about the
possible format change; "say it ain't so!".
