Methinks it would be a great candidate for share-time "LPFM", at greatly
reduced power,say 1000w ND/U if that would fit interference
requirements. School groups,local government,etc. A board of directors
local gov't,community "leaders' etc could manage it. Maybe not a ratings
grabber, but the station would mean something to someone again, and it
actually might {sarcasm on} serve the public interest,convenience and
necessity. {sarcasm off}. Maybe Boston and the towns with a
signal,combined with donations, could buy it.Comments?
