 amount of $7,000  to Back Bay Broadcasting,  for Radio Station WWKX(FM),
 Woonsocket, RI, for  broadcasting allegedly indecent material during the
 "Real Deal Mike Neil Show" on March 16, 1998, between 6:00 am and 10:00
 pm.  By Letter.  Action by Chief, Mass Media Bureau.  Adopted: March 17,
 1999.  (DA No. 99-511).  MMB
