This past Saturday evening on ABC news it was reported that the hot air
balloonists had attained their goall when they crossed the "9th parallel"
over Africa (Slide Showing the 9th meridian).  Is this like Greenwich
England being on the "Prime Parallel".

The badd spellling is on purpose.
