The date cited was March 16th, 1998, which was a year ago.  I don't think Stern
was on WWKX at that point.  I believe Mike Neal was doing nights at that time.
If they were citing his show, they may have meant it to say 6pm-10pm, not 6am.
Neal did air a lot of calls that were sexual in nature, mainly from kids who
were not of legal age, so my guess is that was what the station was cited for.
