No.  A ``production concept'' cannot be intellectual property of
anyone.  (Joe or Doug is welcome to break in here as I get it all
wrong.)  Furthermore, Jordan's can probably claim that their ad was a
parody of the VW spot, which would let them off the hook completely.
Finally, it's also possible that their lawyers talked to VW's lawyers,
who said ``OK so long as you use the same car.''
