WKNM Lowell Update

WKNM(1570) in Lowell has made improvements to it's facilities.There is now
a tower,approx 50 to 60 ft.high with the antenna,similar to one used for a
TIS station on the top.This tower is in the rear of the studio building at
599 Central St in Lowell.They are also now running commercials for various
businesses in the area.Gue that tower has to be paid for somehow.The signal
range has improved slightly also as a result of this new tower,although at
night they are still clobbered by other signals on 1570.            Mark
