Sounds reasonable to me. WROW has a great signal daytime and not a bad one
at night (only 1 kW night), but it's directional up and down the Hudson
Valley. If the competition really is WGY, whose 50 kW ND signal emanates
from a better-than-half-wave stick west of Schenectady, running WIZR//WROW
makes some sense. WGY is essentially local all the way to Utica. WIZR would
make WROW local at least part way to Utica--during the day anyhow.
