Albany speculations

I have been wondering what will happen to WSRD (104.9 Johnstown, N.Y.) when
it moves to Altamont, and closer to the Albany market. I have made these
suggestions,
which I would like others to comment on and possibly add other suggestions
as to the future of the station (which, by the way, is currently satellite
oldies):

1. It will get the WPTR calls, which are being dumped by soon-to-be
co-owned 96.3 in Voorheesville to become WAJZ, and become local oldies. The
old WPTR calls would bring back a feel of the old top 40 powerhouse at 1540
AM years ago.
2. It will become WROW-FM and simulcast the news/talk sounds of WROW (AM
590) in Albany. This would give them added thrust against self-proclaimed
"news/talk giant", WGY (AM 810 Schenectady).
3. It will become adult standards (I think this is unlikely).
4. It will go to some sort of rock (very unlikely).
5. It will go back to country, a format that didn't work on 96.3 from
Voorheesville (no chance on earth this will happen).

I would also like some input as to the future of WIZR, AM 930 (currently
satellite standards), from Johnstown. WIZR has been sold with WSRD to
Albany Broadcasting, and I wonder what will become of it. It either might
get sold off, being of no reach to the Albany market, or become a simulcast
of WROW-AM, bringing them out to Fulton and Montgomery counties better.
