Her last sentence is what gives it away :
'a must for a long, snowy commute'. Hello! 
Maybe she's having a brief nostalgia flashback
after not listening to radio since 1989 as she claims( :)


Most of those raving listeners will likely be female baby 
boomers. And, WPLM will probably get pretty
respectable numbers since there's virtually no direct
competition for this demo group in the market. But it will be a tough
sell because WPLM will still have to compete with other
Boston and Providence area AC stations for the same advertisers.

So far it sounds very pre-tested and familiar. Just the way
Soft AC is supposed to sound.
