Re: Pirate or "Part 15" on 102.9?

That's what I would think, too--but I *can* get the 1.640 from Mattapan,
at work/South Station (it actually comes in strong, if I hold the radio
against a particular grounded pipe at work: The whole band lights up
about 100 fold!).
At night anyways, it seems to repeat WLYN-1.360, *EXCEPT* early Monday
morning, when 1.360 //1.330's public affairs shows(?) and 102.9
continues the other prgmg feed (spanish and english-spanish
preachers?)--even relaying 1.360's legal ID.
Since it appears to have been on now full time (at least 2200-0700)
since the first of the year, I don't think it's a pirate--since it
//1.360 and 1.640//1.360//1.330, I wonder if it is part of the 1.640
operation.
Now, it's no where as strong as the 101.3 translator from the Pru (which
I get up here on the North Shore), but it does seem to behave in the
building's FM null spots as if it is real close but low power.
