Dear Peter and all,
This possible pirate was in stereo, no doubt. I do agree that being
only 400 kilohertz from WRVE would keep this dead carrier station from being
fully-sanctioned.
I will be checking my radio everyday in Troy for this pirate, and will
keep Boston-Radio-Interest subscribers and North East Radio Watch informed
of any developments.
