Yes, 

Jukebox radio, the FM repeater in Ft.Lee, NJ. (W23AQ?).
The play oldies that didn't make it into the top 10 or whatever it is WCBS
plays. 
 Thanks to Senator Torricelli, they are going to get full power status. From
revocation by the FCC to full power only in America.
