They might want to try the free cell phone call deal. If they hooked up with a
cell carrier from the area, you could hit *WGIR and get through that way. They
give the cell company a plug when they make the announcement everyone is
happy. 

It is unlikely that all of their spots are sold in the morning and drive time.
