I have no idea why they got it -- I live in Troy, and while 'TRY's night
signal is no boomer, it covers the market pretty well, better than any of
the other stations with X-band allocations I know of.

I haven't heard any confirmation of building and doubt they will use it.
(There's been an ownership change since it was allocated.)
