        That's about $400K per rating point.
        Has anyone heard anything about whether Clear Channel might have
plans to revive the expired or surrendered C.P. that WNNZ never built. It
was to increase night power from 1 kW to around 9 to 10 kW (it was an odd
number--9.4 or something). It seems as though the C.P. went off the books
somewhere around 18 months ago.
