The ever-present NBC peacock

OK, I know networks and stations bug us with their
little logos in the corner of the screen. But today
I'm watching the Indians-Yankees playoff game on
NBC, and every time they did a replay (which was
often) we'd see a logo pop up with the NBC peacock
and two bats which "moved" just before the replay
began.
Now, I know they want viewers with ratings books to
know what network we're watching, but it seemed like
every single minute, we're bombarded with that logo.
(And it happens with other sports too; I think the
CBS eye pops up before every replay on NFL Football).

I think NBC was really overdoing it with that peacock
logo before _every_ replay. I almost relished the
thought that my phone might ring, and a surveyer
would ask:
"Excuse me sir, are you watching the baseball playoff?"
"Sure am!"
"Do you know what network that is on?"
"Duhhhh...Fox?" :)
