I doubt it. Come to think of it, almost no one knows who Chretien is. I
live about 140 miles from the border, and almost nobody knows a thing about
Canada except (a) hockey; (b) cold; (c) partly French-speaking, and they
don't really get along about that language thing; (d) their dollar's worth
less; (e) colder; and (f) really nice folks. In a few cases, add what they
picked up on SCTV (watching Bob and Doug) and some comments about funny
coins and gas in liters.

Sad. Maybe CanCon ought to be a requirement for the *U.S.*
