True, they are.   But the law is on their side.     The ONLY way to put them
all in their place is for America to "stop the music".   After all, those
artists wouldn't be selling dog-s--t if it weren't for us radio stations.   If
all stations and all "Gaps" stopped the music until a new agreement was made
(such as neither side pays) then things would work out fine.  This is highly
unlikely since most stations rely upon music.  I WOULD participate though.  I
could go classical for awhile! :) or  "Let;s Talk About Radio" 24/7.  :):):):)
The licensing greeps (greedy creeps) are smart and they know not to push the
stations too hard, to make certain that such an event doesn't happen.
