Keith: the Garden City station is also _not_ on channel 20.
They are on channel 21. Check your fine tuning control :)
As for Channel 31, and the soccer broadcast. They _could_
have been WPXN-TV here in NYC (the former City-owned WNYC-TV31)
which was similar in programming to WLIW. Our dear
republican (ok...no more politics!) mayor sold it 2 years
ago to "close a hole" in the city budget. WPXN is now
going to be PaxNet's relay station starting August 31.
