This seems to be one of those much repeated falsehoods that keeps
getting repeated.  (Similar to Walt Disney being frozen....he isn't.)

My memory of the "hour-by-hours"...

10 & 11AM -Leykis handily beats "The Money Experts" on WHDH.

12 - 2PM - Limbaugh beats Leykis for the two hours that they are on at
the same time.

2-3PM - Jerry Williams beats Rush in his last hour.  

I think when looking at the 10AM-3PM daypart, it apperas that Leykis
beat Limbaugh.  
However, he was beating the terrible "Money Experts"...

....and Jerry Williams competed with the last hour of Limbaugh.
