Not merely under the building, but, according to Bob, under the surrounding
streets as well. I wonder how careful the Cambridge DPW is with those
radials when they do road work on Concord Ave.

I watched as the workers put in the lights and the hot top in the 411
Waverley Oaks Rd parking lot. They cut a _bunch_ of WITS's radials. Still, I
guess it's a better setup than the first one the property owner tried. He
actually affixed the lights to the towers, thus shorting out the base
insulators. Obviously, this work took place before the station went on the
air from the new site. Had the station been on the air, the workers would
have been barbequeued. Those lights were rather promptly removed.
