And the Star hasn't been the same since it was sold to the Dover News!
I too would welcome the idea of NYT buying the Portland Newspapers.
I remember when they were an apologist for the incompetent republican
congressmen and One incompetent Senator, who was soundly defeated by the
Democrat Ed Muskie.
