Commercial translators must rebroadcast the ENTIRE signal of the
originating station....that includes stereo and SCA sub-carriers. If they
don't rebroadcast the entire signal of the originating station, one would
assume that they are just feeding line-level audio from a tuner. That is
a NO-NO. Chances are, the owner of said translators is not using a
"composite" feed. Based upon a certain history of said operator, it would
not surprise me. WJIV IS ALWAYS IN STEREO.
