WTEV/WLNE Reception - was Re: X'mitter sites.......

Here on the South Shore of Massachusetts, reception of WLNE is horrible. 
The 87.7 (I think) radio frequency is even worse. Strange - I have some 
audio tapes of the radio "simulcast", as the promos used to bill it, from 
around 1975. There is little static. Where DOES channel 6 actually come 
in well? Up until the MediaONE takeover, Continental Cablevision always 
used to have channel 6 and channel 36 (WSBE on the cable lineup, while 
ousting other stations. And, speaking of which, will WLWC ever get on the 
Massachusetts cable systems?
