The pie is getting smaller

Official word out of Cincinatti has Jacor swallowing Robert Sillerman's
NYC-based SFX for $2 billion($900 million is SFX's debt) and moving 
into the #2 slot in radio ownership race with 225 stations(Capstar is
No.1 for now with 241...)

SFX has a presence in Houston; Charlotte, N.C.; and Jacksonville,  
Fla. -- all areas in which Jacor does not currently have any stations. 
SFX also has leading market shares in Springfield, Mass. New Haven, 
Conn. and Providence, R.I.
