Aaron-- an impressive list.  I couldn't have done it better!!!

You asked about Ken Harrelson and Rico Petrocelli-- I remember sometimes
when a fill-in announcer was used, but nothing on a regular basis.  For
example, there were several occasions I can recall when the regular
announcer was ill or had a previous commitment (Castiglione had a graduation
to attend for one of his kids last year) and radio either borrowed from the
TV crew or asked a sportscaster who was around to fill in.  

I'm sure everyone else on the list can think back and fill in anyone you
missed, assuming you missed anyone... where did you get all that excellent
information?
