BZZZT!  CKAC is a class A station.  Perhaps you were thinking of the
former 1570, CKLM...

The FCC's version of the FCC database shows XEX with a nominal power
of 100 kW ND-U.  XEQ on 940 is shown as (if I'm reading it right) 150
kW ND-D, 50 kW ND-N.
