My guess is because the well-to-do Nahant/Marblehead types listen to WBOQ,
and use taxis to traverse Downtown (Not quite well-to-do enough for limos,
but you get my point.)

BTW, "BOQ comes in OK even in parts of the So End, rock-throwing distance
from the "mighty" WRBB.
