The Burlington site is in wetlands in the Great Meadow Aquifer where 
the town of Burlington has wells. Some of the wells were shut down in 
the 70s and 80s due to pollution from nearby industry, but I think 
some still supply water. I'm sure the town would not allow anything 
to be built there.  

ARS seems to be doing some renovations on the WRKO transmitter 
building. Maybe geting ready to move an 1150 transmitter in to diplex?
