No, that would not be the case...as the AM and FM  studios and
transmitters were in the same building.

As to the site itself....it's in a wetlands area...very little buildable
land, which is already occupied by the buiilding containing the several
Knight stations in the Seacoast.  The towers are literally surrounded by
swamp, barely enough room for dog shack.
Someone who was with WHEB is now with us....and said the AM was just not
making any money, and could not be anything other than a daytimer, so
the license was turned in.  There was some loss of jobs, but the
building was already in use for the FM.
