6th network is the idea, with WPXN-31 (its new name) as the eventual 
flagship...the station will kick off as an infomercial/brokered station, but 
Paxson is having talks with people with 'deep television pockets' to kick off a 
6th network.
Silver King's "City Vision" is not a network....Actually, just the opposite. The 
plan calls for each Silver King station to specifically tailor their programming 
to the market they're in.
