But wouldn't the station owners want to keep WROR  (AM) calls available for
future use?  Is there anyway for an FM to hang on the the (potential)
sister's calls or do they go into the FCC pool?  Is there now a WHDH or
WHDH FM now that the only local use of the calls are WHDH TV Boston?
