When I was a city councilor in Brockton my tacks force shut down 2 pirate FM stations that were interfering with Brockton Fire frequencies believe it or not one of the stations was across the street from the main fire house.
I called the FCC in Quincy they did nothing all we had to do was to cut the transmission line and they went off the air.
