Culling a live stream link ?

I use Total Recorder to record anything I can hear on my computer: webstreams, YouTube, online SDR radios, etc. There are options just to record audio or to grab video as well. Inexpensive for what you get. http://www.totalrecorder.com/ There are other programs Audacity and Bandicam that work too but I am less familiar with those. Total Recorder in use 20+ years here. There are also outboard digital recorders that can take feed from a PC, tablet, phone, or radio receiver audio jack. Tascam, Zoom, Archos, and several other brands cover that domain.
