Another Boston pirate gone?

According to a post on AVS Forum:
"WWOO-LD is on RF 28 not 10, their old New Hampshire location used Virtual
10, but after it moves to Boston they will be required by the FCC to change
their virtual number before they can turn on their new signal. This will be
far from the first time that a LPTV signal changed their virtual number to
protect full power and/or Class A stations after a move, so it's pretty
much a non-issue."
