Did Channel 2's power increase come through?

Based on rabbit ear line-of-sight reception in Swampscott, they've 
been at higher power for a few months now.

Does this mean that the long-awaited power increase for RF channel 5 
is in place?
Something seems to have happened, since I'm now able to get channels 
2.1/24.1/44.1 on a regular basis.
