I don't know if this is related to weather, but at the moment, a couple of minor TV channels in the Boston area aren't functioning as usual. As of 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, the "Dabl" channel, usually identifying as channel 4-3, is appearing as channel 20-3; and the channel "This TV" (7-2) is transmitting, but is dark. --RC
