repack phase six

In the last couple of years, NBC has done fine with major sporting and
entertainment events in the market.

NBC Nightly News is second in Boston as of a couple of months ago.

Last numbers I have seen show WBZ and WCVB in a virtual dead heat and WHDH
a solid third. WFXT shows some strength in the morning and at 10 PM.

WBTS does beat WFXT at 6 PM but otherwise, they are dead last in every
other time part
