There could not have been a local buyer in this case, because CBS and 
Entercom didn't want to pay the tax pemalty the sale of any station would 
have incurred. The deal was done as a swap: WBZ, WRKO, WKAF, and WZLX to 
Eyeheart in exhange for all the Eyeheart stations in Richmond and 
Chattanooga.
