Will WMEX go silent forever?

Are there any sites inside 495 that'd be suitable for 1510? I feel like we
have this discussion every few years or so, but come up empty.

Where do Langer's stations transmit from, Framingham? He's one guy I can
think of who takes shots on these types of AMs.
