The folks on channel 60.5 have been announcing their consumer-help service, "NBC Boston Responds". It's good that they're offering this type of help, but when the promo calls it "unique", I have to remember that WBZ radio has been supporting the local branch of "Call for Action" for --what, 40 years? --RC
