There is a skip(ed) area at night after you leave the local signal...before
you
pick up the DX bounce.

People have told me WBZ was an unreliable listen at night in Worcester and
Springfield.

And Martin Waters of Connecticut used to say that it was difficult to pick
up there day and night.

Seems the DX night signal pick up again once you hit Albany?
