    How about, once he's licensed, the 99.9% useless FCC is told to go visit the pirate and haul away all the transmitting equipment in a box truck, like in the old days. Then auction off the equipment, fine the pirate $100,000 and donate it all to Bob's really cool stations. Just sayin.'
