    Now that WTIC (AM) has introduced a new regular feature during its Red Sox broadcasts -- periodically playing a 2:00 local ad package during the middle of a half-inning -- I'd like to know: If I put a 50-foot high mast on my 30-foot roof with a directional FM antenna aimed at Rhode Island so I can get the WEEI repeater station, do I have to put a flashing red light on top? :)))
   Or, maybe I should wait until the next scheduled increase in the Connecticut minimum wage comes into effect, which will give the WTIC board operators a pay raise, to see if they can then hire qualified people. :))
