If a station has an overall 0.1 in the ratings, and Rush's show is down to 
a 1.2, then that 1.2 looks real good to 1510.... uh... I mean "the station 
with  the 0.1".

I don't think his share got as high as 1.2 during his stint on WXKS two or 
three years ago, although I may be mistaken; since the sale fo WCRB in 
2009 I don't have access to Arbitron/Nielsen any more.
