Rush gone from WRKO

If a station has an overall 0.1 in the ratings, and Rush's show is down to  
a 1.2, then that 1.2 looks real good to 1510.... uh... I mean "the station 
with  the 0.1".

It may  be that for Rush or for the syndicator, but why would a local 
station want  to carry someone whose ratings tank?  Could the syndicator 
make it  THAT much worth the station's while?
