Capitol Steps WGBH 89.7-3

I was going to listen to Oedipus on WGBH but decided to check out what they are doing on their subchannels, and found they are broadcasting The Capitol Steps New Years Special on 89.7-3.  For those unfamiliar with The Capitol Steps, they are a musical group composed of house and senate staffers who do political satire.
