But in addition, wouldn't it also be disallowed because the channel is 10.8 mhz away from WHRB-FM 95.3? I recall reading comments that WKLB-FM 102.5 had to stay out on Route 128 and couldn't relocate to a downtown office building due to WUMB-FM 91.9 for that reason.
