Clemons wants to go on legally

Actually there is some truth to Clemons claim. When the FCC first fined  
Clemons he took the case to federal court. It was kind of continued. I am not  
sure the legal term for it but essentially it was put aside to be looked at 
 another time when he court absolutely nothing else to do. Whatever the 
legal  term forputting a case on the back burner.
